A Closer Look at the Morph Pod-40

Probably the first thing you'll notice on the exterior of the Morph Pod-40 is the gigantic OLED display, a whopping 0.91-inches across (you'll read a cool detail about this screen in a minute). The mod also houses the Up/Down buttons, a massive firing key, and the charging port on the bottom, so you can chargethe device while using it.

With the pod attached, the Morph Pod-40 stands 108.35 inches tall. Within, a colossal 2000mAh internal battery powers the device to up to 40W output. This battery is charged by a Type-C cable, which is included in the kit. Type-C is a high-demand feature on vapes because it can bring a device to a full charge in half the time of other USB cables.

Want to see something neat? The mod's chipset technology allows the 0.91-inch screen on the Morph Pod-40 mod to be displayed vertically or horizontally! The chipset also monitors safety protections like an 8-second cut-off, low voltage warning, atomizer recognition, lithium-ion protection, short circuit protection, and high temperature protection.

Adjustable Airflow

Both DTL (direct-to-lung) and MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping styles are possible with the SMOK Morph Pod-40. Make the transition easily by sliding the airflow switch located at the top of the mod's body.

As mentioned earlier, probably the most convenient aspect of the  Morph Pod-40 pods is that, like many other SMOK devices, they too are compatible with the RPM coils. The Morph Pod-40 kit conveniently includes a 0.4ohm mesh coil and a 0.6ohm triple coil from the RPM series.

The pods feature an impressive 3.7ml e-liquid capacity, which is easily top-filled by removing the pod from the Morph Pod-40 body and lifting the cap on the pod's surface which exposes the filling aperture. Add up to 3.7ml of vape juice, then replace the cap firmly to ensure that it seals fully. Pop the pod back into the device, and it's ready!
